Power Safe Generator LLC provides standby generator repair, scheduled maintenance plans, hurricane-season readiness checks, and factory warranty service. for Generac and Briggs & Stratton standby generators. Our focus is keeping your generator — your investment — running efficiently and ready when the grid drops.

We are a mobile, service-area business based in Lehigh Acres, Florida. We perform work on-site at your home or property across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and Glades counties. We do not maintain a walk-in shop. Availability in any specific area is confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Service is scheduled by phone or through our request form. Appointment times, priority dispatch, and same-day availability depend on demand, weather conditions, and parts. Maintenance Plan members receive priority emergency dispatch during active storm and post-outage windows.

We are a factory warranty-authorized service provider for Generac and Briggs & Stratton standby generators. Warranty repairs are performed according to the applicable manufacturer's procedures and subject to that manufacturer's warranty terms. Generac and Briggs & Stratton are trademarks of their respective owners; this site and our services are not directed or endorsed by those manufacturers beyond our authorized-service-provider relationship.

Where practical, we provide estimates before work begins. Final pricing may adjust based on what we find during diagnosis. Payment terms for parts, labor, and maintenance plans are confirmed at the time of service. Manufacturer warranty work is billed according to the applicable warranty program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Safe Generator LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service visits or equipment performance. Generator reliability depends on many factors outside our control, including equipment age, maintenance history, fuel supply, and utility conditions. Our obligation is to perform services with reasonable care and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Recommendations about the equipment we service are focused on repair, maintenance, and readiness so your standby generator keeps running reliably. Any additional services are determined at the owner's discretion and confirmed at the time of scheduling.
